Our team has spent over 25 years on the front line of corporate turnaround, restructuring, and transformation — working inside distressed businesses, not just advising from the sidelines.
That experience spans Big 4 practices, mid-tier firms, and direct operational roles across companies ranging from £5m to over £1bn in turnover.
